  • Paying for your Eluxit booking is simple and easy. We accept all major credit cards. Simply fill in your details and click Enter! Full payment is required upon booking. If you have a problem with the credit card you’re using, contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

  • Eluxit uses the most advanced processing system run by authorize.net to ensure your payment is completely secure. We never store your credit card information and only accept 100% verified payments. If you have any issues, contact us and we’ll help you work it out!

  • Our experienced staff and/or Eluxit partners put each submitted package through a rigorous verification process that guarantees that the package is accurate and transferrable.

     

  • Each seller has the freedom to determine the sale price that suits them best.

  • Unfortunately, reservations can’t be canceled. If time allows, you can repost the travel through Eluxit.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all travel dates are fixed and unable to be changed.

  • If available, yes. Eluxit will be happy to help you extend your travel or meet any of your other travel needs. Subject to availability.

  • It can sometimes take a while for the hotel to see your reservation in their system, depending on how the hotel’s reservation department works. But don’t worry, as long as you have your confirmation email from Eluxit you’re good to go. If you’re still concerned, contact us and we’ll confirm your reservation with the hotel again.

  • The Eluxit check-in process is just the same as if you’d made your reservation via any other booking site. Except, of course, you’re benefiting from an incredible Eluxit price. You’ll be asked to provide a photo ID and your credit card for incidentals (minibar, etc.), but there won’t be any surprises. Just check in and enjoy…

  • No! The hotel will ask for your credit card at check-in to cover additional purchases and incidentals (minibar, etc.). Checking in will be simple!

  • If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder in case it’s in there. Still can’t find it? Don’t worry, contact us and provide the email address you used to make the booking, and we will resend the confirmation email. 

  • If you have any particular preferences or needs – like a late check-in, a high floor with a view, or something else – we recommend contacting the hotel/resort directly. You can also let us know and we’ll pass on your requests to the hotel. All special requests depend on availability and the hotel’s discretion.

  • You can find out the type of room you booked in several different ways – check your confirmation email or visit your Eluxit account. If you have a specific question about your room or hotel/resort, please contact the hotel/resort directly. You can also email or call us, and we will try our best to assist you.

  • Different hotels and resorts offer different amenities. Some include breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking, while other reservations may only include the room and tax. Check your confirmation email for complete information on what amenities you can expect. You can also find this information in your Eluxit account. If you’re still not sure, get in touch with us and we’ll check it out.

  • Some hotels also charge additional fees, such as city or resort taxes. Look at the hotel listing’s “Policies and Fees” section for more information. If the taxes and fees still aren’t clear, contact us and we’ll contact the hotel.

  • Selling your travel experience on Eluxit is simple. First, find the “List your Vacation” button in the bottom right of any Eluxit webpage. Click it. Fill in all required information regarding your reservation. Once your reservation has been through the verification process, we will email you to let you know if it has been approved for posting.

     

  • If your reservation has been disapproved, it may be that we were unable to verify your travel or it wasn’t transferrable. Reservations may also not be approved for security or technical reasons. Currently, Eluxit does not support selling partial dates of a reservation, so reservations can only be sold for the full dates. If we’re unable to approve your reservation, you’ll receive an email telling you why. If you’d like us to clarify, let us know and we’ll get back to you.

  • Setting your price on Eluxit is simple and intuitive. When listing your travel experience, you will be asked to provide your “asking price”, the price you want to sell for. Even after your travel experience is approved and on the site, you can always update your asking price from your Eluxit account. But remember, if your asking price isn’t attractive, your travel experience just won’t sell.

  • Listing your reservation on Eluxit is free. You’ll only be charged a service fee if your travel sells. Our fees are 7% for the seller and 7% for the buyer.

  • No. Each reservation must be sold separately, unless the reservations are part of a larger package.

  • You’re anxious to get paid and we don’t blame you. We want you to get your money as soon as possible. You’ll get paid 10 days after your reservation’s check-out date. The transfer time can vary depending on the payment method selected and depending on your bank.

  • We are dedicated to protecting our customers and keeping the Eluxit marketplace secure. In order to avoid fraud and ensure that everyone can use Eluxit with complete confidence, we hold the payment until 10 days after the check-out date. This allows us to confirm that the new guest was able to check-in and check-out without any problems.

  • Payments are processed 10 days after the check-out date. Once your payment’s processed, it can take a few more days to be transferred, depending on your bank. Still think you should have already received your money? Contact us and we’ll help you out.

  • If you’ve already posted your travel experience, you can’t make any changes. Our validation process begins as soon as you presssubmit, so your details are locked in and can’t be changed for security reasons. If you need to make changes, please contact us directly. We’ll help you update your posting and verify the changes for you!
