Located upon 196-acres of remote desert terrain, Under Canvas Zion lies just 20 miles from the entrance to Zion National Park and the charming town of Springdale. Operating under wide-open desert skies in Virgin, Utah, Under Canvas’ safari-inspired glamping destination is a haven of solitude in the American Southwest, surrounded by views of soaring sandstone cliffs and majestic red rock.

Breakfast and Dinner

Under Canvas locations feature seasonal food and beverage offerings that prioritize locally-sourced ingredients from nearby purveyors. While options may vary between hot and continental, all camps offer breakfast options. Enjoy locally sourced dinner items served daily in the camp’s lobby dining area (available at all camps but Glacier and Moab), or snag dry snacks from the lobby marketplace at any camp location. Complimentary communal grills are also available onsite at all camps, and are open for guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis.  Food allergies and intolerances may be accommodated.

We ask for your partnership in making this mission possible by placing your dining wares, food waste and recyclables in the receptacles indicated around camp, and that you leave nothing but footprints when venturing in the outdoors.
